Recruiting for your Firm
Tax, Audit & Advisory: Partners / Directors / Senior Managers / Managers / Senior Accountants
Unlike most recruiters
-
I was an actual practicing CPA at the Big Firms for 10 years at Grant Thorton as a Senior Audit Manager, 3 years at PWC and 20+ years in private tax practice.
-
I have a first-hand understanding of both our profession and your firm's needs to recruit and maintain the right mix of business development and technical talent.
-
Low fees at 5% - 8%, not the standard 25%
-
Fees are not my priority having already enjoyed many successful years as a practicing CPA. I recruit because I enjoy using my first-hand practice knowledge and network to match your firm’s needs with fellow practitioners based on their present skills and objectives.
