Fees are not my priority having already enjoyed many successful years as a practicing CPA. I recruit because I enjoy using my first-hand practice knowledge and network to match your firm’s needs with fellow practitioners based on their present skills and objectives.

Fees (as percent of hired salary)
For Tax, Audit & Advisory:

Partners: 8%

Sr. Managers & Directors: 9%

Managers: 9%

Senior Accountants: 10%
Terms (Flexible)

Fee payable within 30 days of candidate's start date.

Fee earned by FFCPA over number of days candidate stays employed:
- If 90+ days: fee fully earned
- If only 60 to 90 days: 10% earned, 90% refunded

If only 0 to 60 days: full refund

A candidate is someone we present, to whom you have never been introduced or not been introduced within the past 2 years.
