With 12 years at the world's top-ranked consulting firms PriceWaterhouseCoopers & Grant Thornton coupled with 20 years in his private practice Frank has the sophistication to handle the most complex tax and financial issues of larger companies, but also the sensitivity and experience to serve the small local business.  

Frank has been a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 1990 and is licensed in both New York & Florida.  He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a Concentration in Economics from Binghamton State University of New York in 1986.  Frank is also a Licensed Insurance Professional and knowledgeable about personal and business finances allowing him to work with prominent wealth advisers and estate attorney's by integrating sound tax planning with their financial strategies.

 

Frank's unique depth of tax and business knowledge comes from a career of extensive work with domestic and international companies in the areas of financial reporting, tax support, mergers & acquisitions, legal due diligence, securities registrations and initial public offerings.  He was a Senior Business Assurance Manager at Grant Thornton and also served as a Technical Review Manager assuring the firm's compliance with internal policies and the regulations of the Financial Accounting Standards Board and Securities Exchange Commission. 


Early in his private practice Frank helped several New York based start-up companies rank among the Fastest Fifty Growing Private Companies in New York based on surveys conducted by the prestigious Long Island Business Association and he has been twice published in the National Executive Summary Handbook on matters of Executive & Stock Compensation. 

Personal

When not working Frank enjoys family, sailing, tennis and is always visiting new places with great food.  He appreciates a great sense of humor and recognizes the importance of outreach to the homeless and enjoys talking with the elderly learning about their perspective and life experiences.
